The Policies - Refunds
the Rad Mag – There are no refunds for the Rad Mag print purchase.
the Rad Mag, subscription – There are no refunds for subscription purchases.
Any damaged zines will be replaced at no cost to the buyer with photographic proof of package and product damage.
Merchandise – Refunds for merchandise are only available if-
a) items are damaged in delivery with photographic proof of package and product damage
b) a request for order cancellation is received before the order has shipped and/or a made-to-order item has begun production.
Editing Services – No refunds are available for payment made on work in progress. Refunds may be available if no project work is done. Please see your invoice for service specific payment and available refund procedures.
