The Policies - Refunds
the Rad Mag – There are no refunds for the Rad Mag print purchase.
Merchandise – There are no direct refunds for merchandise:
a) items damaged in delivery with photographic proof of package and product damage
will get a replacement, if requested and possible.
b) site credit may be offered if a damaged product cannot be replaced
b) an order can be cancelled and payment reversed if notice is received before the order has shipped
and/or a made-to-order item has started production.
Downloaded products - There are no refunds for downloadable products.
Contact us if there are any issues and a new product will be provided via email.
Editing Services – No refunds are available for payment made on work in progress.
Refunds may be available if no project work is done.
